During the inspection we observe, evaluate or test more than 300 systems and components throughout the home and take an average of 120 photos, which are kept in an archive should you ever need them in the future. Photo's are shot in high resolution to allow close-up analysis ensuring no issue goes unnoticed. While the physical inspection may only take a few hours, the report often takes as much or more time to prepare. Repair and maintenance findings are provided in an up-front summary page. All major components, styles and materials are observed and described, and findings are written using clear, concise and easy to understand terminology. The report then goes through a final quality assurance check before being delivered to ensure accuracy and clarity. Since the report
is the finished product, we go to great lengths to ensure that it accurately describes the home and its true condition.
